James Cleverly has warned Rishi Sunak that he wants to stay on as Foreign Secretary, amid speculation of an impending cabinet reshuffle.

The chief minister, who has been flagged in some reports as a candidate to replace Ben Wallace at the Defense Ministry, made his desire to stay on at the Foreign Office clear during a relaxed interview at the Aspen Security Forum in the US.
