Jen Shah's co-defendant refused reduced sentence in fraud case!!

A co-defendant in Jen Shah's telemarketing fraud case has been denied a reduced sentence by a judge.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star was arrested in 2021 on federal fraud charges following allegations that she conspired to commit wire fraud and launder money in connection with a telemarketing scheme that allegedly targeted seniors.

The other co-accused are Anthony Cheedie, Chad Allen, Shane Hanna, Cameron Brewster, Kevin Handren, Joseph Ciaccio, Joseph Minetto, Joseph Depaola, Derek Larkin, Joseph Chirico and Mattie Cirilo.

Larkin was initially sentenced to 72 months plus five years of probation. He filed a motion for reduced sentence.

"Accordingly, the defendant's motion is dismissed on the basis that there are no extraordinary and compelling circumstances and that the factors of section 3553(a) do not justify a reduction of his sentence" , said Judge Sidney H. Stein.< /p>

Jen is still awaiting a court appearance. She denies all charges against her.
