Ke Huy Quan on Potential 'Goonies 2': No Script So Far Has "Lived Up to What the Original Was"

Ke Huy Quan, a new winner at tonight's Golden Globes, said backstage after winning his award for best supporting actor in any movie that he would love to revive his Data character in a potential "Goonies 2", but only if the right opportunity presents itself.

"We had many scripts, but there wasn't one that thought it could live up to what the original was. Unfortunately, we lost our ship's captain, Dick Donner, and I really don't know if there will be a "Goonies 2", but I would really like to see Data's character again if there is an opportunity.
