Kemi Badenoch calls Labor MP a 'liar' in clash between transgender children

Kemi Badenoch has accused a Labor MP of being a “liar” during a heated clash over the language used to describe transgender children.

The equalities minister has been put on trial guards against using 'unparliamentary language' after clashing with Kate Osborne, whom she accused of lying.

During an appearance before the select committee for Women and Equality on Wednesday (December 13), the minister became angry when Ms Osborne accused her of previously using "language that compares children and young people who come out as trans to spread of disease."
