Kobe Bryant's 19-year-old daughter is receiving court-ordered protection from an alleged stalker...who her team says is obsessed with her and guns.

Natalia Bryant asked a judge to sign a temporary restraining order against 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp.

TMZ broke the story... Natalia claims Kemp had the illusion they were a couple... she says the harassment has been going on for 2 years and is getting worse. She says he recently showed up at USC, crawling around the buildings where she takes classes. He even showed up at his sorority house.

What is particularly chilling...according to court documents, Kemp was convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving a firearm. Cops say he's gun buying, and he's made it clear on social media that he's interested in an AK-47 and/or a fully automatic Glock.
