L.A. Sheriff's Deputy Caught Sex On Duty, Open Radio Captures Audio

A Los Angeles sheriff's deputy is being investigated for allegedly having sex on the job...or at least that's what it looks like on the radio that has picked up some details.

The audio, obtained by TMZ, could be heard on LASD airwaves this past weekend, and we're told it was from a rookie assistant working at Central Men's Jail that night- the. Looks like, during a break in her shift, she got into some risky business.

Listen...you can hear a woman giggle and warn her partner that he's going to rip her underwear, to which he playfully responds.

Now, law enforcement sources tell us that this deputy drove into a parking lot that night, and her bosses believe she accidentally turned on her radio upon entering. She finally realized the microphone was on and turned it off, but, as you can hear, the damage was done.

LASD tells TMZ the agency has launched an internal investigation to learn more about the incident — not mentioning whether the man heard in the audio was also a member of the force…and whether he was also on the clock. We are told that potential penalties could range from suspension to dismissal.

This isn't the first time LASD deputies have been caught performing the act of service - you'll recall... something similar happened 2 years ago at Universal Studios, and it was also taken on a radio show.< /p>
