Liverpool's Carvalho will no longer represent Portugal Under-21s



Liverpool's Fabio Carvalho has opted to avoid representing Portugal at Under-21 level.

Carvalho - who made 11 Premier League appearances in his debut campaign for the Reds, scoring twice - previously played for England at younger degrees.

The attacking midfielder has currently made the most six appearances for the England Under-18s between 2019 and 2020.
