The four women aged 21, 48, 54 and 41 were taken to a central London hospital, with the 48-year-old suffering life-changing injuries.

The injuries of the three are not considered life threatening, however.

A second girl, 12, was taken to hospital with a minor leg injury but has since been discharged, police said on Saturday evening.

A funeral was being held for mother and daughter Fresia Calderon, 50, and daughter Sara Sanchez, 20 at the time, witnesses said.

The two died tragically less than a month apart after Fresia collapsed and died at Heathrow Airport in November, with Sara dying 25 days later of leukemia which she had already suffered from been diagnosed.
