Businessman Frank Hester reportedly said that Diane Abbott, Britain's first black female parliamentarian, made him "want to hate all black women" and that she "should be shot", in comments which the Prime Minister called "racist" after initially refusing to do so.

Appearing on BBC Breakfast on Thursday March 14, presenter Naga Munchetty asked several repeatedly asked Mr Gove whether the alleged comments would be considered extremist.
