Monumental acquires Boundless, its second MMO

Texan company Monumental has announced the acquisition of Boundless, an MMO from developer Turbulenz. The development studio will partner with Turbulenz for future development of the open-world sandbox title.

This is the second MMO that Monumental has acquired in as many years, the first being Crowfall. This game was launched last year after a successful Kickstarter. Other Monumental titles include the trading card game Mythgard and mobile titles Looty Dungeon, Storm Wars and Little Alchemist.

Monty Kerr, CEO of Monumental, said in a statement, "Boundless is one of the most social and engaging gaming experiences we've come across. We're thrilled to welcome Boundless to the Monumental family as as we continue to expand our portfolio of unique and engaging games."
