Brazil: 101 bingo players shout "house" at the same time

Chaos erupted at a bingo game when 101 confused players all won at once.

The baffling incident that should have seen the winners take home the top prize of BRL1,000 (£155) happened in the Brazilian coastal town of Iparana on July 2.

Upon inspection, the cause of all this was due to a printing error on the cards.

According to local reports, the winners ended up splitting the prize money and pocketing only BRL10 (£1.55) each after the organizers agreed to round the value off from 9.90 BRL (£1.50).

One winner, Osmar Saldanha, said: "It was a mess. It was the first time I saw something like this.
