MrBeast overtakes PewDiePie as most subscribed YouTuber

MrBeast has ended PewDiePie's reign as the most subscribed YouTuber - the first change at the top in nearly 10 years.

Swedish creator PewDiePie, real name Felix Kjellberg, became the most subscribed YouTuber in August 2013 with his game reaction videos.

< p class="ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph eq5iqo00">In 2019, he was the first person to attract 100 million subscribers.

But the philanthropy of MrBeast, really called Jimmy Donaldson, earned him his 112 millionth subscriber this month.

While YouTube doesn't show exact numbers, it pushed it above PewDiePie's 111 million.
