Multiversus, the Warner Bros. themed brawler, has added a new character to its lineup. The new character, Stripe, comes to us from the Gremlins franchise. In the films, Stripe is the main antagonist, notable for his mohawk and his hatred of Gizmo.

Stripe is part of the assassin character group. Assassins deal high amounts of damage, but often have a higher skill cap than some of the other classes and can't take as much abuse. His moveset incorporates many movie references such as riding a skateboard and throwing saw blades at enemies.

Stripe is the fifth character to be added to the game's roster since its launch in open beta. To celebrate the new release, WB has put together a preview video of Stripe. You can check that here.

The release of Stripe also kicks off the Multiversus Halloween event. The new event, Monster Mash, allows players to earn candy to redeem for rewards such as skins and stickers.
