'Mutant man' shows pieces of his ear stored in a jar

A body modification fanatic known as 'The Mutant Man' has shared his latest transformation, giving himself elf ears - and also revealed he wants to tattoo 100% of his body.< /p>

Nicolò Saverino, 29, an Italian contortionist, has made headlines after revealing his controversial look, saying 70% of his body is inked so far.

His obsession with changing his appearance began at age 16; since then he's had his tongue split, his lip stretched and added 13 facial piercings.

Nicolò has already told how he cut off parts of his ears and kept them in a jar, and how he had two horns implanted in his head.

Now, in an effort to complete his look, his ears have been modified further to resemble an elf, which he says is one of his favorite modifications.

"My favorite modifications are my elf ears and [split] forked tongue, which I practiced myself using surgical equipment," Nicolò told NeedToKnow.Online.

"All of these modifications have been practiced by myself over the years in front of a mirror.

"I also practiced my tattoos on my eyes and kept them for 10 years without any allergic reactions.

"I can see it and I think I will also add other implants on my arms in the future.

"I design all my projects and don't take ideas from others."

Nicolò also plans to be 100% inked one day in the near future.
