A woman shares the reality of living with a rare condition after her breasts grew four bra cup sizes in just one year - and they still won't stop growing. Pamelia J, 27, was diagnosed with gigantomastia in March 2022 after seeing a doctor for back, neck and shoulder pain.

The model was referred to a surgeon, who identified that she suffered from a very rare condition characterized by excessive breast tissue growth. Pamelia hopes to raise awareness of the challenges that come with rapidly growing breasts, such as shopping for clothes and getting mean looks from men.

In just eight months, Pamelia's bust went from a J cup bra size to an M cup, increasing 14cm in width.

She says it causes her enormous physical and mental discomfort, and she is often judged by strangers for her large breasts.

"It's very uncomfortable - they're so heavy and I can get in a lot of pain," Pamelia told the Mirror.

"At first it was fun and interesting to see how big they grow, but recently I've become uncomfortable and find myself wishing I had normal sized breasts.

"I struggle to find clothes that fit my chest and I end up wearing T-shirts that are too big.
