NECA Unveils New Action Figures For E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, TMNT, Gremlins 2, Dinosaurs & More [Comic-Con]

Then we come to the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" line of action figures, NECA's fastest growing list of collectibles. From amazing movie action figures to an eclectic lineup of anime-inspired toys, NECA has made "TMNT" fans' wildest dreams come true, and they're far from fulfilled.

There are dozens of characters from the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" animated series, and there are many more to come. In the massive diorama at the NECA booth, a few new characters were spotted in the "TMNT" sea of ​​plastic. NECA is also beginning to expand into even more "TMNT" arenas. The line inspired by Mirage Comics is expanding. There's a whole set of turtles inspired by their appearance in the 1989 "Return to New York" story arc, not to mention a beefy Triceratron. If you've been following the new "TMNT" comics, then I don't have to tell you how hugely successful the "Last Ronin" comics were. The series focuses on the last remaining brother of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", the other three having been killed. The identity of the remaining turtle is kept secret until the last panel of the first issue, so it's best that you go read it yourself. Suffice it to say, these comic book characters are outstanding. There are a few more along the way, but we won't show them here, as it gives away a bit of the identity of the last Ronin, but you can see them at ToyArk.

And finally, NECA gets even more obscure by introducing a line for "Mighty Mutanimals", which was a comic book spin-off of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" which was published by Archie Comics. Characters include Ray Fillet, Dreadmon, and Jagwar. Some of the other characters, such as Wingnut and Screw Loose, have already been revealed in the regular anime series.
