Subscribing to a streaming service can be a bit like ordering takeout when you don't know what you want to eat - pay the money and hope what happens is to your liking.
In recent months fewer people have agreed to try their luck on the streaming menu , with Netflix losing nearly a million subscribers between April and July - though that was less than the two million it feared.
