'New Girl' actress Zoe Lister-Jones files for divorce

Zoe Lister-Jones is ending her marriage...because she just filed for divorce from her director husband.

The 'New Girl' star appeared in court on Thursday and filed for divorce from Daryl Wein after 17 years together, including 9 years of marriage.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Zoe cites the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Zoe revealed last year that she split from Daryl, explaining how they come in and out of an open relationship. Now she has taken the first step to get a divorce, listing February 1, 2021 as her separation date.

ZLJ and DW had no minor children...and she wants to end the court's ability to award child support. As for their property, Zoe asks the judge to keep things simple and confirm the legal separation judgment filed in May 2021.

Zoe has starred in many TV shows, including 'Delocated' and 'Whitney'. Daryl is known for writing and directing feature films "Lola Versus" and "Breaking Upwards".
