Steven Tyler sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl decades ago and had an illicit affair with her, which ended with him insisting that she abort their child, this according to a new trial.

The legendary Aerosmith frontman is not named in the lawsuit, but he is one of 50 defendants identified as John Doe. Plaintiff/accuser Julia Holcomb has spoken about their relationship in the past and she directly quotes the singer's 2011 memoir in the lawsuit. Tyler's memoir called his time with an underage girl "unintentional infamy", but maintained that they had a "lovely, loving relationship".

According to documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Holcomb first met Tyler just after his 16th birthday when Aerosmith performed in 1973 in Portland, Oregon. Tyler, who was around 25 at the time, allegedly took Holcomb back to his hotel room, where they discussed his age and his troubled home life.

Holcomb says Tyler then "committed various acts of criminal sexual conduct." She claims he continued to have sex with her after illegally flying her as a minor across state lines to Seattle for Aerosmith's next show.

The documents also indicate that Tyler tried to entice Holcomb's mother into giving him guardianship of her daughter so he could support her and travel with her without fear of criminal liability. But, says Holcomb, Tyler didn't follow through on her plans "and instead continued to travel with her, assault her, and supply her with alcohol and drugs."

In 1975, Holcomb said she was 17 and pregnant with Tyler's son...
