Captain Jason Chambers has gathered the crew before leaving, and he takes a moment to hand out a very special reward in this EXCLUSIVE preview of Below Deck Down Under. Jason notes from the jump that it's a "kind of reward that you can do better." He picks up the disco ball helmet and brings it to the crew.
