Browns reveals exclusive Gucci Cosmogonie edition with installation on Brook Street flagship

British fashion retailer Browns will unveil its exclusive 27-piece selection of menswear and womenswear on Thursday. women from the Gucci resort 2023 Cosmogony Collection with an immersive installation in The Focus Room pop-up space, located on the ground floor of its flagship store on Brook Street in London.

The installation is inspired by the connections between the stars that make up the constellations that inspired the collection presented at the site of the 13th century Castel del Monte in Puglia, Italy.

Ida Petersson, purchasing manager at Browns, said Gucci is one of the oldest brands inherited from the retailer, and they are "big fans of Michele's universe".

"He's a storyteller like no other, imagining not only collections but universes, this which makes the brand a perfect collaborator for the immersive experience that takes place in The Focus Room. Celebrating our partnership with this rare opportunity to offer customers a unique and complete edition created especially for Browns, we are delighted to welcome Gucci to again, this time in our new forever home on Brook Street,” she added.

Women's selection highlights include a monogram lamé wool cape jacket, an oversized set in dark green crushed velvet, a reversible oversized faux fur jacket, a tiered greige tulle top and an arctic blue leather dress with lace detailing. The men's offering includes a reimagined velvet suit in dark nude, knit crew necks, printed silk bowling shirt and shorts sets.

Popular bag styles from Gucci Diana and Jackie 1961 will also be available at Browns for the first time together with the launch of the edition.
