APC demons have joined PDP – Fani-Kayode

Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode says some "demons" who frustrated him from the All Progressives Congress are gone.

Fani-Kayode made the claim while appearing on Channels TV Politics Today on Monday.

The former minister, who is a member of the APC's presidential campaign council, had, while in the People's Democratic Party, alleged that the APC was possessed by 'demons'.

But speaking on Monday, Fani Kayode said that "the demons have now left the APC and entered the PDP".

He noted that the change in the leadership of the APC has now resolved all the issues he and others had raised in the past, which led them to join the party.

He said, "The APC of the past is not the APC of today. The demons that were in the APC at that time just moved out and entered the PDP.< /p>

"In the APC today, ethnicity is respected, perhaps unlike before. I'm not afraid to say it.

"My point of view was my point of view at that time and so things changed. A new leadership entered the party. A responsible and sensitive leadership of people's feelings led by Mai Mala Buni.< /p>

“New people have arrived, governors I know very well have given me assurances and they have honored every word.

"We saw a situation where the PDP became the very monster we thought the APC was and there was a transformation.

"They opened their doors, they promised a level playing field, whatever your faith, whatever your ethnicity, and that's exactly what they did."
