The family behind the viral video of Woody and Jessie from 'Toy Story' making sure to hug their kids at Disney World say their experience should be the standard for all kids...regardless of race.

Parents Candice and Harold say they were unaware of the controversy swirling right now about costumed characters in other venues allegedly snubbing black children. They simply posted a video because they were happy that their daughter, Hayyn, got a hug from her favorite Disney character.

Parents say Hayyn would have been delighted to have a wave from Jessie - and it was a huge bonus when Woody asked Jessie to give the little girl a hug.

Hayyn was waiting for Jessie throughout the show...even wearing a Jessie dress, while holding Jessie and Woody dolls.
