I did not withdraw from the race Ogun guber - APM candidate writes to INEC

The Allied People's Movement (APM) Governor candidate in Ogun State, Hon. Olutosin Emmanuel Jolaoluwa, said he would not withdraw from the race.

Jolaoluwa maintained that he was still in the running to run for office, with no intention of stepping down for anyone.

In a letter he addressed to the national chairman of PAM and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Jolaoluwa stated emphatically that he remains the party's candidate for the 2023 general election in Ogun.

He drew the attention of the party and INEC to a so-called PAM gubernatorial primary election scheduled for Thursday, August 11, 2022 in Ogun, saying he remains the candidate.

The letter read: "I am writing to draw your attention to a purported PAM gubernatorial primary scheduled to be held in Abeokuta on Thursday, August 11, 2022.

"Following the above, I hereby categorically declare that I, Olutosin Emmanuel Jolaoluwa of #19 Alhaji Adeosun Street, Abiola Way, Abeokuta, am the genuine candidate for Governor of Ogun State of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for the March 2023 General Elections, as published by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

“I have not withdrawn my candidacy from anyone nor do I plan to do so. Thus, I remain the Ogun State APM candidate for the March 2023 gubernatorial elections.”< /p>
