KidSuper will create an NBA collection with fanatics

KidSuper has teamed up with everyone from Louis Vuitton to SpaghettiOs, and now he can add the NBA to this list.

The buzzy brand created by Colm Dillane has signed a deal with the basketball league and Fanatics, merchandising sports platform, for an NBA and KidSuper Studios by Fanatics collection of licensed NBA merchandise for all 30 teams.

The streetwear-inspired NBA collection features an edgy take on replica jerseys and shorts intended for capturing the intersection of sport and art. The collection includes original artwork by Dillane for each team.

"When the NBA and the Fanatics were approached to collaborate on a new line of fan merchandise, I immediately said 'yes,'" Dillane said. "I've always wanted to be creative for an NBA team, and thanks to NBA and Fanatics' KidSuper Studios, I was able to design jerseys and shorts for all 30 teams with an artistic and adventurous take on iconic NBA brands. league." The collection will launch Wednesday at 8 a.m. on the Fanatics website as well as NBA Store, FansEdge , select NBA team venues and arena stores. The collection will retail for $199.99 for jerseys and $149.99 for shorts.

The NBA launch comes after Dillane recently co-designed the 2023 Louis Vuitton Men's Collection, which included a tapestry style coat jacquard and camouflage face print mixed with the Vuitton monogram. The designer plans to open a 10,000 square foot creative factory in Brooklyn that will house a soccer field, recording studio and filming room, and said he is also working on a project with Tommy Hilfiger.
