Mudryk admits he 'can't say no' to Arsenal transfer after Gunners make 'formal offer'
Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk insists he cannot say 'no' to Arsenal this winter after receiving reports they have made a 'formal offer'.
