Mr. Nwabuzor, a superintendent of police, said the command had written a letter to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, CID Force Annex, Alagbon Close, Ikoyi, Lagos, but as police were on their trail to make the arrest, intelligence has revealed that the suspect is in Canada.

The police spokesperson said the suspect opened multiple Facebook accounts, using the petitioner's full name and photographs, and used degrading and derogatory language to defame the petitioner's personality.
