Okowa congratulates Olu de Warri on the first anniversary of his coronation
The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Vice Presidential Candidate and Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III on the first anniversary of his coronation.
Chief Press Secretary Olisa Ifeajika in Asaba in a statement praised the monarch for making the Warri Kingdom peaceful and investment-friendly since ascending the throne of his ancestors.
Okowa said the monarch was also instrumental in some economic initiatives during the period to rejuvenate commerce in his domain.
He therefore described Atuwatse 111 as "a man of peace, a bridge builder with deep integrity" whose tenure so far has already registered a positive turnaround in the lives of his subjects and the kingdom.< /p>
