Only PRP can save Nigeria from total collapse, says Abiola

The presidential candidate of the People's Redemption Party (PRP), Abdul-lateef Kolawale Abiola, asked young people to vote for the PRP, because it is the only party that can save the country.

Making the accusation yesterday during the party's gubernatorial campaign kick-off in Kebbi State, the scion of the late Moshood Abiola family said the next general election would belong to the youth to decide who would lead them to the right.

He described the PRP as the party that would lead the country to the Promised Land, especially in the areas of economy, infrastructure, health and security.

The presidential hopeful promised to bring sanity back to the economy and empower young people by creating an environment for them to explore and succeed.

Former Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, and other stakeholders have hailed the party's efforts in the state. He urged Nigerians to vote for change and ensure that peace is restored across the country.

"People should vote for PRP, because it is the only party that belongs to the masses and the party that has their interests at heart." In his remarks, Alhaji Abubakar Udus, the PRP gubernatorial candidate of the Kebbi State People's Redemption Party, called on the people of Kebbi to vote for the PRP in the February elections, assuring them more development if elected.
