Paris Hilton takes control of her story. The star has been in the tabloids for decades, often described as a wild child, wealthy heiress and prototypical social media influencer. But over the years, Hilton has built an entertainment empire that spans brand partnerships in TV and film to the Metaverse. She was also a strong advocate for victims of sexual abuse, women and girls.

The past few years have been important for Hilton. In 2020, she released her documentary, "This Is Paris", and in November 2021, she married Carter Reum. Now Hilton is telling her whole story in a forthcoming memoir titled "Paris: The Memoir," published by Dey Street Books.

"I am delighted to share with you the cover of my new book PARIS, which will be released in March!" Hilton wrote in a Nov. 18 Instagram post. "Available for pre-order now wherever books are sold. It's been a long time and I finally feel ready to share some of my most personal stories yet."

Here's what we know about the memoirs so far.

Plot "Paris: Memories"

"Paris: The Memoir" will tell the life of the heiress in her own words. According to a press release given to POPSUGAR, the book will explore Hilton's very privileged youth and her childhood struggles with undiagnosed ADHD. It will also delve into her experiences in wilderness camps and boarding schools, where she suffered sexual abuse. Hilton has previously opened up about her experiences at a teen facility, detailing her experiences at a boarding school in Utah in May.

From there, the memoir will follow Hilton's journey to find peace and purpose in adulthood, exploring her roles as entrepreneur, survivor, daughter, sister, and wife, among many other roles.

"Telling her perilous journey through pre-#METOO sexual politics with grace, dignity and just the right amount of daring, 'PARIS: The Memoir' follows the evolution of celebrity culture through the figure's story at its forefront, full of defining moments and landmark names," reads the press release. "Most importantly, Paris is showing us its path to peace while challenging us to questioning our role in its history and in ours."
