'Masked Singer Hedgehog Reveals How Surviving Cancer Driven Him To Do The Show

The Masked Singer Hedgehog was revealed as Monty Python legend Eric Idle in the Season 8 premiere. While his run on < em>The Masked Singer didn't last long, Eric was no exception. Eric is a pancreatic cancer survivor and uses his voice to raise awareness and support. He revealed EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife that the show was a "great experience" for him after his battle with cancer.

"I thought it would be a really good experiment for me to see if I could still do it. Be stupid and sing and dance because recently I got really lucky. I survived pancreatic cancer thanks to some brilliant doctors in Los Angeles who saved my life," Eric said.
