Jimmy Fallon has apologized to NBC's Tonight Show staff following allegations that he created a toxic work environment.

They told Rolling Stone that for years they felt belittled and intimidated.

They described the behavior of Fallon as "irregular" - depending on whether or not he had a "good day Jimmy" or a "bad day Jimmy".

They said they were prone to “outbursts” of anger.
