Twitter user raises alarm over thief terrorizing FUNAAB community
A Twitter user identified as @Mahmoud_Damisi has sounded the alarm over an as yet unidentified phone thief operating at the federal level
University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) for more than two years.
He explained that all attempts to apprehend the phone thief had failed, saying the thief had a unique way of stealing victims' phones.
@Mahmoud_Damisi said the thief, after stealing phones, would wait for his victims to call and demand ransom before handing over the device to the owner.
He said, "This guy has been terrorizing FUNAAB for over 2 years now. I can't explain how he does his theft, but I can assure you that even if you lock your door, you're still not safe from his kleptomaniac range.
“This guy is unique and different from other thieves. After grabbing your phone away from you, he would wait for you to call and transfer the conversation to Telegram for negotiation. you can choose your phone Bobo yi yawerey gaaaan!!!!!!” wrote Mahmoud on Twitter."
