Wizz Air has a pretty dire reputation.
According to which?, as we reported, the airline is the worst for summer holiday delays, and the consumer group named it the worst short-haul airline operating in the UK in 2023. Even worse than Ryanair. And last year we revealed how the airline left a couple stranded in Portugal after canceling a flight at the last minute and were unable to help rebook another flight or find hotel accommodation .
Jet2.com, on the other hand, is almost universally loved. It exceeded the 2023 Which? ranking of short-haul airlines and last year was recognized as the best airline for customer satisfaction according to the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
