No Messi decision before 2023

Despite recent reports to the contrary, Lionel Messi is NOT set to join Inter Miami or any other club at this time, according to Fabrizio Romano.

David Beckham's club are indeed interested in bringing the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner to Florida and are pushing for it to happen. Paris Saint-Germain are also very keen to extend Messi's contract, which expires at the end of the season, for another year, and it's no secret that Barcelona would like to reunite with their former talisman, after apparently settling the financial troubles that drove him out in 2021 in the first place.

However, Messi remains fully focused on his exploits for Argentina at the World Cup. He delivered in his own style providing a goal and an assist as his side secured a crucial win over Mexico to keep their hopes alive after shockingly losing to Saudi Arabia.

The 35-year-old can't think of anything else at the moment and his future remains as uncertain as before.
