North Korea reportedly made its nuclear weapons policy "irreversible" by enacting a new law.

State media reports that tyrannical leader Kim Jong-un replaced a 2013 law on Thursday, September 8, which for the first time defined the rogue state's nuclear status.

As reported by state television KCNA, Kim said in a speech: "The greatest importance of legislating nuclear weapons policy is to draw an irremediable line so that there can be no negotiation over our nuclear weapons."

The change in the law is important.

North Korea already calls itself a nuclear state in its constitution, but new legislation clarifies when weapons can be used, such as in response to an attack or invasion.
