A man who said he "lost his life's purpose" decided to find it again - with With the help of an epic road trip from his hometown of Wigan in the northwest of England... to Australia.
His mode of transportation? An 18-tonne MAN truck bought for £19,000 ($23,844) that is now a home on wheels after a three-month £20,000 ($25,103) renovation.
Bobby - who documented his journey on his Instagram profile (@one.life.truck.it) - found the love in the South of France just two weeks into his trip, with his new partner joining him with his dog.
Marie Deleval , 28, a "gorgeous" French girl, dropped everything to join Bobby with his dog, Rubia. This is undoubtedly a welcome change of fortune for Bobby, whose trip was partly motivated by the breakdown of his 11-year relationship with his ex-fiancée and by the need to “make a clean slate”.
