Parents tragically had to bury their three-year-old son just days after he was sent home by A&E.

Caylan Milligan and Charlotte Curan took their young child, Jaiden Milligan, to Ulster A&E after noticing he was not feeling well, with the child refusing to eat his food and coughing repeatedly.
