PhilTel seeks to install free payphones in Philadelphia

We are a collective of hobbyist phones in Philadelphia! Are you a hacker, artist or engineer? We need your help!

PhilTel is looking to install new payphones (for us) in the city of Philadelphia. Any installed payphone will be completely free, allowing the user to make calls within North America. Additionally, we would like to offer various experiences and services through the phones; these can be as simple as voicemail, fun as a phone number that randomly calls other payphones, or as complex as integrating with phone collector networks to enable phreaking and spoofing. phone exploration!
