Quick Teaser for Disney+ Stan Lee Documentary - Debuting in 2023

"Excelsior!!" Disney has unveiled a trailer for a new Stan Lee documentary titled, well, Stan Lee of course. Everyone already knows and loves comic book mastermind Stan Lee, who passed away in 2018. He would have turned 100 this week, hence the reveal of this trailer. His legacy lives on and he still makes appearances, appearing digitally in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. There are no details on what exactly the doc Stan Lee will cover, other than examining his comic book debut and later iconic role as a comic book hero. comic that has appeared in every Marvel Cinematic Universe movie as a cameo. There is also a 2010 film about Stan Lee, titled With Great Power: The Stan Lee Story, which is available for free on Crackle and Pluto TV. I just hope they don't try to digitally recreate him for ages using his likeness, but they probably will. We will update the final trailer when it arrives in 2023.

The only description of the documentary available to date: "100 years of dreaming. 100 years of creation. 100 years of Stan Lee." The Stan Lee documentary is directed by renowned American producer/filmmaker David Gelb, director of the documentaries Jiro Dreams of Sushi, A Faster Horse, and Wolfgang before, as well as offering Obi-Wan Kenobi: Return of a Jedi behind the scenes, as well as work on the "Chef's Table" series and many other short films and music videos. It is produced by David Gelb, Brian McGinn and Jason Sterman. Developed by Supper Club and Marvel Studios. Stan Lee would celebrate his 100th birthday this week; he died in 2018 at the age of 95. Disney will launch the Stan Lee doc for streaming on Disney+ sometime in 2023 - stay tuned for an exact release date. First impression? Who wants to look at this document?
