Rapper CEO Jizzle Updates Fans From Hospital After Lil Baby Concert Filming

CEO Jizzle, the Memphis-based rapper from Young Dolph's Paper Route Empire camp who was shot to death at Lil Baby's concert Thursday night, appears to be OK...and cops are still trying to track down the suspect.

Memphis police sources tell TMZ Hip Hop they are actively investigating how someone managed to obtain a gun after going through security at the FedEx Forum in Memphis. We're told no other injuries were reported, indicating Jizzle may have been targeted.

At this time, cops are gathering video and asking the public to call CrimeStoppers at 901-528-2274 with any additional information that could lead to an arrest.

After arriving on scene, officers discovered Jizzle suffering from a gunshot wound... He was taken out of the arena on a stretcher and rushed to the hospital.

Jizzle was listed in critical condition, but appeared to be feeling much better on Friday when he posted on IG... addressing rumors of his death circulating online.

Like the police, Jizzle didn't seem to know who his attackers were, but he assured his followers that he was made of concrete and that the police could never eliminate him.
