Tech for Progress 360: Moving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion [DEI] from Ambition to Reality, a new research report from Genpact, brings together insights from 510 senior executives from leading global companies from all sectors. The study finds that nearly all executives surveyed (95%) say their companies have accelerated the rollout of their digital technology in response to the pandemic, with the need to quickly adapt to remote working models.

Research has found that the use of data and analytics by organizations' best practices plays an important role in supporting and advancing enterprise DEI initiatives. Many organizations continue to struggle to advance DEI initiatives. The study provides a roadmap for organizations that are further behind the top runners.
