Ricky Martin Files $20 Million Lawsuit Against Nephew Who Accused Him Of Sexual Abuse

Ricky Martin says he was "harassed, besieged, harassed, harassed and extorted by an unsuitable person" - AKA his nephew - and he is now suing the guy who made the wild accusations against him.

Martin filed a lawsuit Wednesday in San Juan against Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, who the singer says is trying to "murder" his reputation.

Dennis claimed in July that he had been romantically involved with Ricky for 7 months, and when that ended Ricky started stalking and harassing him - something Ricky said was patently untrue . The nephew had filed a restraining order but when the heat was on him he withdrew everything.

According to the new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the nephew has not quit. Ricky claims that a month after Dennis withdrew his restraining order, he began messaging Ricky via Instagram... threatening to "murder his reputation and integrity" unless he brought money.
