Four types of weapons:

– Pistols: The classic dual pistols. These offer rapid fire, so are ideal for taking out incoming missiles or mines. You can also use them to stun enemies. However, pistols don't do as much damage as other weapons, and they won't always be effective against heavily armored enemies. – Shotgun: Slower than pistols, the shotgun is still a force to be reckoned with. Waiting for the reticle to line up for Reflex Time can give you a Slug Shot – a very hard hit that can take out weaker enemies with a single hit. – Grenade Launcher: One, looks cool. Two, grenades deal AOE damage and can be used to take out multiple enemies at once – just make sure to line up the shot correctly. – Z-11: This long-range energy laser is excellent for maintaining your combo when you find yourself far away from enemies.

"It's not just your own weapons at your disposal. A wise player will be able to trick enemies into using their attacks against each other (or even themselves)."

"Combos are achieved by eliminating enemies in rapid succession. Switching between weapons allows you to capitalize on the advantages of multiple weapons while maintaining a combo. Try to blow up doors of a Brute Mech with a well-placed grenade before closing in and finishing it off with the shotgun. You can also fire your own grenade with the pistols, making sure it explodes near a specific enemy. /em>

You can even use detonation to change direction in the air, but you will also take damage; so use this technique sparingly! Use Slug Shots to stun enemies, then finish them off with a quick barrage of pistols before they have time to teleport or take cover."
