A Russian 'millionaire' who turned to a giant billboard in her search for a husband is courted by a wealthy Ukrainian tycoon who responded with his own billboard.

Maria Molonova, 26, advertised on billboards in her home town of Ulan-Ude to look for her Mr Right after sanctions barred her from using Tinder.

Now, despite the war, an LA-based Ukrainian jet-setter has answered the Russian ruble millionaire's call for love by paying for his own billboard in his city.

Serhii Kharkusha, also 26, a businessman, musician and online life coach, rented a billboard with the message: "Millionaire, turn around, I'm already here."

Serhii comes from the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, which was bombed by Putin during the war.
