SantaCon 2022 Surpasses NYC as Rowdy Residents Dress Up as Saint Nick

It's that time of year again... when New Yorkers get in the mood and dress up as old Saint Nick for a massive bar crawl all over town - and 2022 hasn't not disappointed.

The streets of Manhattan were jammed Saturday morning with thousands of people donning their finest fat man suits and Santa hats...just to parade, sing Christmas carols and drink to their heart's content, and some of them the photos really capture the magic.

While the majority of people opted for the traditional red and white outfit...some got creative and did different iterations of the traditional Christmas look, including some more sinister ones.

We're, of course, talking about someone dressed as the (classic) Grinch... but also, someone has put on the demon Krampus - who is pretty much the antithesis of Santa Claus, and who steals from children because he is mean. The dark version of Christmas you don't really hear about.
