Simu Liu: Shang-Chi's MCU Return Will Be 'Sooner Than You Think'

Last week at the Academy of Motion Arts & Sciences Sci-Tech Awards, Shang-Chi and Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu teased Shang-Chi's potential return.

Speaking to People, Liu described what it's like to work on Marvel movies with so many different actors and actresses. The star then teased that there could be another superhero team starring her character "sooner" than fans think.

"I'm such a fan of both the characters and the performers who play them, so any collaboration is an opportunity for me to work alongside someone who, in their own way, is breaking down barriers and at the top of their game. game," Liu said. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a script he co-wrote with Dave Callaham and Andrew Lanham.
