Florida: Teacher fired after interrupting prayer of Muslim students

A teacher was fired after she interrupted two Muslim students praying and told them, "I believe in Jesus, so I interrupt the word."

The school took action after a video of the incident was posted on TikTok and widely shared.

In the images shared, a group of boys can be seen reciting an Islamic prayer in Arabic with soft music playing in the background.

Then a teacher can be heard coming in and saying "Wait, this is in my office and y'all are doing this magic? Hey, hey, hey."

The teacher then whistles and says, "I believe in Jesus, so I interrupt the talk."

As she walks through the praying boys, she can be seen stepping on one of the boy's prayer rugs and pushing his hand away with her trainer, Local10 reports.
