The 2023 ranking was produced by a survey the consumer champion conducted of over 8,000 UK travellers, who were asked to rate the carriers they'd used on a range of criteria, including customer service, value for money and onboarding experience.

Budapest-based Wizz Air received a customer score of 48 percent, a total which? described as 'say'.

Which one? reveals: “Travellers gave it only one star out of five for the boarding experience, as well as the cabin environment and seat comfort – which is not surprising given that the company airline has one of the least generous legrooms of the airlines [we] surveyed.
