TJ Holmes Reportedly Filed For Divorce From Marilee Fiebig Amid Amy Robach Dating Rumors

“Good Morning America” co-hosts T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach were both married to other people – Robach to actor Andrew Shue and Holmes to lawyer Marilee Fiebig – when, on November 30, photos emerged of the couple enjoying what appeared to be a weekend romantic getaway in upstate New York. This led to their supposed relationship being made public. While neither anchor has yet responded to the rumors directly, Holmes and Robach still seem going strong, having been spotted looking cozy together on several occasions throughout the holidays. Now Holmes is said to have filed for divorce from Fiebig.

On December 28, E! News reported that Holmes had filed for divorce from Fiebig after nearly 13 years of marriage, according to a source familiar with the matter. The couple share one child, 9-year-old daughter Sabine. A representative for Holmes did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR's request for comment on the report.

It seems that Holmes and Robach – both of whom were reportedly already separated from their respective partners when news of their relationship broke in November (more on that later) – remain positive throughout this media dust in Classes. Holmes even joked about it on the Dec. 3 "GMA" show.

"You know, it's a shame it's Friday. It's been a great week," Holmes said. "I just want this one to go on and on. Enjoy! Enjoy."

Robach replied: "Speak for yourself. I'm very excited about this weekend - and I'm sure everyone is too. We all love our Fridays here. Some of us love it , at least."

However, on Dec. 5, People announced that Holmes and Robach would be on hiatus amid their relationship scandal. "'GMA' decided to have a cool down because they felt it was unwanted attention," a source told the publication. "So at this time they will not be aired."

According to the insider, ABC News President Kim Godwin shared the news with staff on Monday morning. “On the routine 9 a.m. editorial call, Kim Godwin said she wanted to talk about the internal and external distraction between two co-workers,” a source told People. "She said that even though it wasn't a violation of policy, she took time...
